"I chose this dentist office because it was close to our home. At first to be fair they were alright. But As we kept going there things started to change. There billing is terrible. I have someone looking into it for me because they tell me one price I pay it and then They say I have a balance due it will be this price but depends on what your insurance pays. So I pay the whole thing and said any extra I'll have a credit. Well My daughter goes in and they tell her we have a balance. There is no way in heck I owe them a dollar. Now that's alright I'm having someone looking into it. The worst issue my daughter has Connective Tissue Disorder and other Autoimmune Diseases. I asked if they treat people with medical issues and was told they do. So her first visit there was a nightmare the dentist basically said She has poor hygiene along with a lot of other things. She explained her conditions which they said it wouldn't cause her teeth to be in such bad shape. She saw a different dentist which he understood and did the work on the one side because it's costly we could only afford one side at a time. Well new year she went in a saw another dentist just for the yearly check up. Well I will not go into detail again but He was not nice at all. Same thing he told her the reason why her teeth were bad was basically poor hygiene and a bunch of other reasons. She explained her conditions to him and he said no there lying to you. I'll tell you the truth. Well she came home all upset. Now Mental Illness is a real thing. Which she has. What happened to being kind to people? So I called her Rheumatologist to get a recommendation to a dentist that deals with Autoimmune issues. He told her that there are special dentist that understands her conditions. Due to all the medications and her issues it attacks her organs and her teeth. She just wants to smile again. That's truly not to much to ask for."

"I really want to like this office but I have had some situations that are proving to be patterns that are disappointing to me. I have three kids on medicaid that have been seen here. The pattern I have seen at this office is that claims are not being submitted to medicaid correctly. It adds so much stress to me as the parent/guardian to not only get everyone to the dentist and get the treatment they need but then to have to worry that the office has not done their part in sending insurance what they need to cover the treatment. This has happened three times to us and it's exhausting. Please do better in this regard!"

"This is the most unorganized office I have ever been to. It took me over half an hour just to make an appointment. It took two secretaries to figure out how to schedule one. When I decided I didn’t want to go back and canceled by appointments (I made two), they told me they had canceled just the one. I told them I had made two appointments and they said they only saw one on their end, so I should be good. I got a text later on stating I still had my other appointment scheduled. When I called in today, I was upset that they were so unorganized and the lady just laughed it off and said she didn’t know what happened. Very unorganized and unprofessional."

"The dentist broke my tooth while pulling it out I just about choked. I had to stick My finger down my throat to pull it out. The the office Manager Susan was on a call with a patient while I’m getting my tooth pulled all I can hear was her yelling at this person on the phone just not very professional at all. I let the girls know when the front as I was checking out and let them know it’s not very professional at all and they tried to make it sound like it was OK because apparently the patient was screaming and cussing and I understand it however there is a way to go about it being professional, not being out in the open in the front office yelling at patients on the phone. I will never go back."

"After today’s second phenomenal experience, with the cleanliness of the office, the friendly staff, and the procedure itself. I had to leave a review. Reviews give us a sense of what to expect and I highly believe that it’s the only way I can truly say thank you for making my visit today a great one. Dr. Ryan Workman put me at ease from the very start. He was gentle and had me finished very quickly and efficiently. A few other staff members from start to finish were awesome. The office manager is super sweet and very understanding. Thank you to all for a fabulous experience!"
