"Questionable billing practices and services. Received a bill for services rendered on January 2nd in February. New patient/x rays. They did not perform a cleaning, they wanted to schedule 2 appointments for a cleaning that they said my insurance wouldn’t cover. After reviewing the bill but no itemized list of services or what was and wasn’t covered. Emailed them requesting the information. Only thing my insurance covered was the visit not the x rays. I reviewed my policy and x rays are covered. So I contacted my insurance company and they said they have never received a claim for this visit and x rays are covered when the dental office submits the x rays with the claim. My policy allows me to see any claims submitted. And they were correct there was no claim submitted by monarch dental even when the bill said they did. I replied to the email about my bill weeks ago letting monarch dental know what my insurance company said about the bill and claim (forwarded my correspondence about my policy). I haven’t received a response for a resolution. Funny thing with monarch dentals email portal is that you get notifications when you have a new message or if your message is unread. So far I’ve received two notifications that my email has been unread."

I had to get a tooth pulled yesterday and it was so quick and easy. They even knocked the price down because it was so quick! Really enjoy going there."

"My hygienist Chris is wonderful! She took care to explain clearly everything that was happening. The office is like a clinic so you never know who's going to work on you. Otherwise I would give five stars."

"I’ve been coming here for the past year. My first visit was December 2019 and they were super accommodating, personable, friendly, welcoming, and professional. Chris the hygienist is super patient and very nice. My dentist is super awesome. He is super efficient. This last time I went, yesterday I had the same experience. Even more, they were able to squeeze me in a day early as they notified me of a cancellation. I am glad I go here. Highly recommend. Oh and are definitely taking extra measures to ensure safety during the pandemic."
