This past year when I ordered bridal shower invites I realized I gave them the wrong date and I called them right away to ask if I could change them, they were super accommodating and super friendly. They allowed me make the correction with no extra charge and they came in right away and were ADORABLE! Their customer service has gone out of their way to assist me on multiple occasions and every other order I've placed with them has been great quality and has arrived in a timely manner. And did I mention their selection is nothing but one of a kind and truly creative. Definitely my go-to store for any and all invite and gift needs :)"

"I was pretty pleased at our first encounter when we went to design my graduation announcements. But was hugely disappointed throughout the process. Long story short... When my order came in, the price was 38 dollars higher than the quote- with no explanation, they didn't give me the amount of cards I ordered, there weren't even enough envelopes for the lesser amount of cards, one of the cards had a huge streak on the front, and lastly when I went to pick up the missing cards and envelopes that I had already paid for; they tried to charge me for them! So annoyed, never going back."
