"We bought a remote car for our little one in February the one we wanted wasn’t available so we were sold into the more expensive model with all the upgrades payed close to $1,000. Just for the “mother board” to not be working properly called and was given the run around about waiting on the part to come in. Then I was put on a waitlist for repair. Then I still hadn’t received nothing called and they said they were going to order the pet and it would be shipped to my house and would take about 2 weeks. Here we are a month later and haven’t heard anything nor has the part arrived. I’ve tried calling and there is no answer."

"Guys are very friendly only thing that I don’t like is i came in on my son’s birthday they didn’t have the car I wanted for him in stock but all the other cars. So he told me 1-2weeks I ordered it on May19th and waited I called after a week to see if he came in and he said it haven’t but kept trying to get me to upgrade and pay more money after I already said no twice, so when two weeks came I called the store no one answers left voicemails no one told me they was moving I went to the mall and found out on June2nd I was very upset because for one shouldn’t do customers like that up and leave without saying anything so I got a email stating they moved. I emailed him because I felt my money was taken and it’s been two weeks he said he called and left voicemails and didn’t I’m always by my phone and never once received a call and told me I couldn’t get my son car until they get fully moved into new store which isn’t ok could’ve have it delivered to my house not make me wait longer so I asked for a refund and said it will take seven business days still haven’t received my refund will never go back to them. That’s just bad business to me suppose to communicate with your customers not up and leave and expect them to check emails phone call would’ve worked better."

"Edit: thank you so much for working with us to get this resolved. After the issue was cleared up I honestly felt they provided 5 star service I had high hopes going into the holiday season that I had purchased the best gifts for 3 of my kiddos. In December I went in looking to purchase a ride-on car for my soon to be one year old, as well as 2 hoverboards for a 7 and 6 year old. I had a specific budget and the manager was great in helping me be able to afford all 3 at that time. Unfortunately each product we bought had something wrong with it. We returned the car to the store and they helped fix a wiring issue. However the car has never properly charged since we put it together. The car also had chipped paint (this was an "upgrade"), and other small defects. All in all we give the car a 3.5, as it is only for a one year old. The hoverboards were Christmas gifts, that my girls have yet to enjoy. There was something wrong with the calibration and we took them into the store in early January. We have yet to get those back. Nor have we been given any updates or calls regarding the issue, beside the time I called to see what in the world was going one. I am so disappointed with this whole situation. I am hopeful I can update this review once the situation has been resolved."

"Wonderful customer service and staff. I have used them twice to buy Ride on Cars for my two Grand daughters and each time the whole experience was so professional. They were so helpful with all my questions and their products are top notch."

"Had a great experience. My son enjoyed his ride on toy very much. The manager was nice and so was the other gentleman. It was a welcoming place to visit. I will be going back to get something for my daughter. Also I didn't feel rush like other places I've been too. Thank you again"
