"I've been renting from Bloss for a few years not. Not a bunch but about 3 or 4 times a year. Today I rented a 42" boom lift for my helpers to cut down a large tree.( Bad idea. Call a professional. ) While they were cutting down the tree a huge limb fell on the boom breaking the chain that moves it in and out and bending several large steel brackets. Who knows what else. The boom looked brand new too... before it got hit. So I sent pictures and they told me to bring it in. My insurance doesn't cover stupid or rental equipment. When I towed it back to Bloss a few guys had a look at the damage and then told me to go inside. I was charged for a half day and what I thought was going to be serous money it only cost me about the price of a bad steak for the damage! Totally blew my mind! These guys at Bloss are BOSS. Thank you guys again! Customer for life."
