"I was helping my daughter look for her first apartment and found Riverside park apartments were just perfect! The leasing agent Morgan was especially helpful and very knowledgeable of the area and said she lives there too! Makes me feel better. It’s such a lovely community if I was looking for myself I would live there. The one bedroom is so spacious and Morgan was so accommodating. Definitely worth a view!"

"Riverside parkway is great! Is a very quiet complex with a gorgeous view of the Riverside and walking access to the Riverside trail. Maintenance is extraordinarily timely with any request that I’ve put it(1-3 days depending on urgency). ALL of the officer managers are amazing and helpful with everything. This complex is super Dog friendly, they have dog treats in the office for furry friends and all throughout the property are posts with bag and lined cans for dog waste! I love it here"

"Just moved in but loving it so far! There is friendly helpful and reliable staff. This is a large complex but you have big open Fields the river and trails behind you so can escape into the backyard Oasis and have privacy that way. What we love most besides that are the patios- most are large enough for quite a few people out there and some light gardening. Thank you, Riverside Apts!!!"

"As soon as I started working here I knew this is where I wanted to be. The atmosphere is uplifting, the area is prime, the community really feels like a community. I moved in 4 months after working here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon! The residents here are very happy and friendly including their animals. My apartment is so cute, the maintenance staff is top tier, they are trustworthy, hardworking and prompt. They don’t cut corners, they go above and beyond. Natalia and Dayna in the office are true blessings. We can accomplish anything together and they make it feel like home, not just work. We all make a great team and I love working for Gaines. Riverside park is a quiet, riverfront community that you can’t find anywhere else in tulsa, this is the place to live. Very happy to be a part of the team and the community!!"
