"Lived in these apartments for almost a year now, worst apartments I've lived in due to the lack of commitment to the tenants and the overall apartments. When I moved in I had my apartments sprayed every month due to cockroaches, the apartment is falling in due to water damage, as well as the ac was never fixed and finally had the manager walking door to door for rent, my apartment hasn't been fixed and this the 4th month since saying something. When nova was management atleast it was a start of a doing better my maintenance requests were taking care of in a prompt manner and/or was told a frame of time. I am now dealing with Cathy Perez and her assistant Latoya and are horrible at being management. I have lived in hud apartments way better and cleaner than these apartments have not received an a/c unit for 4 months or even information to fix my ac or wait time. I feel like they are giving money for these other reviews. I have a 2year old son who has passed out multiple times due to the heat and my house being over 90 degrees I spent money on an ac unit and now my electric is 3x more. I do not recommend these apartments to anyone snd are ready to file suit soon. UPDATE: WE MOVED OUT BECAUSE THEY NEVER FIXED ANYTHING AND LAWYER ONLY WANTED TO KNOW WHEN I WAS GOING TO PAY RENT, I TOLD THEM ONCE EVERYTHING IN THE APARTMENT WAS FIXED AND OWNER REFUSED SERVICE. I AM NOW PAYING $1500 FOR MY HOUSE, WHICH IS NOT A PROBLEM. THEY TRIED TO SUE ME FOR $3,000 AND WERE DENIED BUT WILL BE LOOKING UP OWNERSL AND HER ACTUAL RESIDENCE AND WILL BE SUING HER PERSONALLY."

"This new company's takes money out of my bank account at random. I made a 1 time payment on line and I had to block them they got in it through Entrata. I pay my rent with a money order on time so why are you charging late fees and 3 times a month at random. I had to treat my own apartment for roaches due to someone moving out and the roaches are still coming ovdr and under the front door like they pay rent over here and all the apartments in this unit, we all have to treat our own apartments in order to kill these roaches off. This is a nasty mold having place, they cover up stuff not fix the problems."

"worst apartments ever... literally go anywhere else for anything better... The owner steals from the tenants.. If anything breaks after you move in it will never be fixed.."

"I have lived here for going on 3 years and it has been the worse! Nothing gets fixed. I never know what my rent is! The management is always changing, and the laundry rooms do not work, and the pool was shut down by the state! The current management is kind, at least I will be moving out immediately the only thing going for this owner is the excellent people that live here"

"Most horrible place to live!!! I've only been here 6 months. The 1st 2 months was a different company and they seemed good when I had a problem they were out that day or the next but they would at least come talk to you about what was or was not planned to happen. I've had leaks for the past 3 months almost 4 also with no a.c. working. They didt even offer a window unit. Tomorrow will be 4 months living like this. I have 3 kids its not only unhealthy and unfair to them but also this is suppose to be our home which is more like a dump. They have never sprayed for spiders or roaches since magement has changed which they definitely need to.Its horribly. They changed management but all i see is down hill. They used to do stuff for the kids and community (old magement). But the new magement idk what's going on ive been over there several times and no one is in. Also I've been to the office to try and go in and people are in and just look at you like your doing something wrong. And then I've been in multiple times to report the issues going on and still nothing. Something needs to happen. Other people have been called. So hopefully someone sharpens up there game and starts getting stuff done. They expect you to pay rent but won't give you a reliable place to live. VERY DISAPPOINTING"
