"I truly loved my time at Liberty Pointe. Staff is wonderful and maintenance orders were quick. Lots of space and storage, balcony. Clean and quiet neighborhood."
"Great apartment community. Staff are extremely helpful, Gabbie has done nothing but take excellent care of me. Any problems are addressed by the maintenance team, which is top notch. Had an issue with my dryer, they replaced with new and you could tell they vacuumed and left better than they found. Very grateful. Definitely recommend!"
"DO NOT RENT HERE!!! From constant pest control to very poor maintenance this apartment complex is terrible. Closed gated community and open pool is a lie. The pool got closed way too early this year for "maintenance" and who knows why they haven't fixed the gates with the constant random fees they charge. The apartments have very poorly attempts at refurnishing but find ways to take your deposit because of their terrible hires. They promise a lot on the website but once you sign that lease you're screwed. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
"Absolutely wonderful time here. The leasing office was always attentive and ready to help me out. My apartment felt luxurious with its granite kitchen countertop, stainless steel kitchen sink, built-in microwave, large toilet, and bathtub. Most importantly of all, the leasing office was incredibly helpful. They let me change to an apartment with a considerably lower rent amount after my initial application was approved, but before I signed the lease and moved in. My initial move in, which was after hours + after a 9 hour drive, was seamless with the lockbox. When I moved out, I got the maximum amount I could have gotten back from my deposit as well. The location is far away from commercial areas, which means it's safe but slightly inconvenient. But being next to I-240 is nice, and if you work at Tinker this is absolutely the shortest commute you're going to get; not only is it right next to the base but there's barely any traffic on Air Depot. I had only minor nitpicks that I won't deduct rating for: it took 3 separate work orders to fix my AC, sometimes there's quite a lot of dog poop on the lawns, the closest available parking might be far away (although there's always plenty of it), and the mailboxes are far back corner of the complex."
"We are not happy with our current place here and are going to leave asap. Zero rent compensation while paying high $ for amenities that we don’t even get to use. They basically said “it’s hot outside so we have to close the pool bc of chemicals.” …uh..it’s summer?? It’s going to be hot outside. I’ve reached out to several other apartments owned by competitors around this area and they have NEVER had this problem with their pools. They also gave up on fixing our gate a long time ago, so don’t let them tell you this is a “gated” community during your tour. The gate DOES NOT work and they won’t fix it, which allows tenants that live here allow non-tenants without parking passes to take up parking spaces. We have ended up having to park out front by the office. The gardeners mow and then blow the clippings and other rotting debris into our patio and out by our front door and don’t clean it, I think that is RIDICULOUS considering how much this place wants to charge monthly. I agree with the other recent comments about this place. Read what actual TENETS have to say, not what the individuals(who I am sure mean well) who have not actually LIVED here, say. It makes me sad, as the office staff are very kind and do their best. The maintenance team here is absolutely fantastic as well! But due to all the negative points I have had to make above, I would not recommend living here."
