"FIRE HAZARD!!! ELECTRICAL ISSUES!!! THE OUTLETS ARCH AND THE ONES THAT DONT, DONT EVEN WORK. AFTER THE OUTLETS HAVE BEEN REPLACED ARCHING HAS CONTINUED, AND THERE ARE BIRDS IN THE ATTIC! NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE THAT PEOPLE ARE LIVING IN ACTIVE ELECTRICALFIRE HAZARD!!!! Where is the owner!!!!"

"Drug free apartments on the Eastside! Yes,yes!! The Andersons, owners, has identified problems that plague these apartments and has taken decisive and effective action. To include getting police and tenants involved. An aggressive and swift attack on drugs, loud music, hanging out in the parking lot and breezeway has truly elevated the living condition here. Maintenance and the appears of the apartments is constantly improving."
