"Moved from one apartment to another due to things being broken and not getting fixed. Get into my new apartment and have an emergency transfer due to many things being broken and not being able to get my fixed. Get into my new apartment yesterday and things like the A/C is broken, there is mold, many things wrong with this new apartment. I have placed work orders and they said it’s been completed without actually completing the work order. They are saying we do not need to have the knobs on the cabinets that came with packaged knobs. This is a terrible place to live. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Rent goes up every year although nothing can get fixed. When you mention this to the staff they tell you to place with orders but it still doesn’t help."

"Feb 2024 Update: Upgrading score to 3/5 because management team is cleaning up grounds and putting effort in vitalize complex. The leasing team is friendly and cooperative, the prices were alright (if you don't own pets that is!), and the private walking area around the pond is a big plus. I've had issues with water being turned off at random intervals. My largest complaint however, is that the laundry facilities are some of the worst I've ever seen. The machines are frequently unreliable or out of order, hot water is not available anymore, and there is nothing stopping people from simultaneously using all of the working washer/dryers. The laundry room itself has a door falling off the hinges and is regularly filthy."

"I recently moved out of my apartment, and the experience was exceptionally positive. The property management team was responsive and helpful throughout the process. The apartment was well-maintained, and any maintenance requests were promptly addressed. The move-out process was smooth. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its excellent management."

She even got us in 3 or 4 days earlier which was great considering we’d payed for the application fee n deposit only 1 day prior .
