"I was home hunting got an application filled it out then went back 3 different times due to office being closed. So the last trip I dropped my app in the mail slot. Called them at a later date. And I was told they didn't get the app nor could she find it. Which has delayed any progress for me to be approved and able to move there."

"They aren't in a hurry to fix anything. My daughter has been out of heat so I brought her heaters. They won't do anything. I'm not impressed with this complex."

"This was the worst place I have ever lived. My kids couldn’t go outside to play because if they did they would get bullied and hit. They were called racist because we are white. My children didn’t know what that meant until we lived there. It was learned behavior by the other children that lived there. The staff did nothing to put a stop to it! And not to mention the roaches! I never had roaches before. Luckily I didn’t take them with me when I moved!"
