"Young man at front stole my deposit because of missing towels and there was one face towel, one floor towel and one large towel when we checked in and when we checked out the same amount. I was holding my four months old when he stole my deposit so I'm sure he will steal yours Good location and you can calculate your deposit money into the cost for a nicer stay somewhere else"

"Stayed here for 9 nights. Charged outrageous prices for pets. Gave $50 deposit which to only recieve half back. After calling the manager for an explanation, I was then accused of stealing towels of which i never received. House keeping came to my room asking if we needed anything, gave her both of our towels. She never returned with new towels and they charged me for it. Manager was extremely unprofessional about the situation as he yelled at me over the phone stating it was my fault. We will NEVER visit this motel again."

"I paid for a room for my mother, they wouldn’t honor it and stated I had to be present for her to get into the room. When she went to pay for it out of her own pocket they were going to charge her for 87.00 dollars plus tax and deposit, when it only cost me 55.00 plus tax. The staff was very rude!!!"

"Manager is very rude for no reason at all. Banging on the door screaming manager and telling me we haven't paid for another night when we have. Threatening us to leave if we don't pay. Phone doesn't work, TV doesn't work, they ignore the do not disturb sign posted outside door, they come in your room when you are gone, giving you less clean towels when you give them dirty ones, dead bugs, smell of cigarette smoke in non smoking room. This place is horrible and we will never return. Very very very bad experience here. Save your money and go elsewhere."

"Charged $500 for one week. Room was paid for by a third party but room was in my name only. . A couple days later when I was gone the motel staff make a room key for this third party individual and allow him access to my room and all of my belongings. On top of that the day I checked in I didn't have my service dog with me. On the second day I brought him and the motel refused to give him service animal rights. I had to pay a deposit and $25 every night for him which is illegal. They wouldn't even look at his official documentation. And every time I would come back to my room I could not get in. The front desk would have to come with a blow torch and heat up the door knob and then I could get in. It was very annoying. This place sucks and they are rude."
