"It is horrible. Staff is rude make you want to catch a WHOLE case in OKLAHOMA. The maintenance men steal and go in your apartment when they want too. They don’t know how to fix NOTHING. Been waiting on an for about 3 months I would say. They don’t spray and if they tell you they spraying don’t even waste your time taking your things out the cabinets because they not coming. They do not answer the phone and they are BARELY in the office and if they are in the office they will be rude they don’t care. Do NOT move here I REPEAT do not move here. I rather be homeless than to EVER again. Bad choice. Bad apartments. Heights on forty4 is horrible SIMPLE."
"I lived at this property from February 2012 until the end of March 2014. I can't believe Ashwood is still in business. The property maintenance / management would randomly shut off the water with no notice for "maintenance." In my time living there my kitchen sink backed up multiple times and flooded my kitchen and into my living room. I stayed up all night carrying water outside in the hopes of my things not being damaged. When my air conditioner broke and it was 100 degrees outside I went 3 days without it being fixed. Same thing when my heater went out. Thank God for heated blankets! The turnover in my building was insane. It would take too long to describe my neighbors. Let's just say that at one point I was hiding in my apartment in fear while the neighbor pounded on and rattled the back patio glass and screamed until the police arrived. The laundry room was a joke. It was filthy and not well maintained. The final straw was when my apartment flooded in February of 2014. I was at work when a pipe burst and it was pouring into my apartment while I was at work. My neighbors were aware of this as was maintenance yet nothing was done to minimize damage to the unit and my furniture / belongings. I came home to standing water and my poor dog and cat perched on my furniture. Maintenance ignored my calls. I shop vacced the apartment with equipment that I borrowed. That should have been the property manager / maintenance's job to handle. I requested multiple times that they fix this or waive rent. I went from February all through March with my carpet wet / molding. They did Nothing of note to help me. By far the worst experience I've had renting anywhere. Just don't."
"I have lived here for almost 4 years, during most of that time with the apartment being under TAG. When TAG was here it was wonderful, but that all changed when Allied Property Management took over. There’s a new manager every other month who is either rude as all hell or dumb as a rock. Homeless people living in the busted laundry room. Kids running around without parents breaking everything they can. People breaking in. The list goes on and on. I cannot wait to get out of this slumlord ran hellhole. Thank you sooo much Allied Property Management for turning my home into a crack head nest."
"I've lived here for 2 years and still haven't had one thing fixed. Had backed up sewage in my tub for 5 days, being lied to by the manager and office staff about plumbers coming for the first 4 days. It wasn't until I called the health inspector on the fifth day did they have a plumber come out. I would still have sewage in my tub if the health inspector had not threatened them with stiff fines. Nothing but slumlords, stay away people. You will not like your experience living here. The owners and staff treat you like trash and will not fix ANYTHING without threat of lawsuit or health department!"
"Very run down, potholes everywhere, building look scrubby and ghetto, the office people claimed they would call or email me that day and even though I sent 2 reminder emails over a week they never responded. Here's the kicker, I wasn't even living there. So I'm not just an unhappy tenant, I'm a genuine person who has a bad experience. Wouldn't recommend living here red flags in the beginning for sure."
