ITS ALWAYS ABOUT THE QUICKEST WAY TO A DOLLAR! ***** can’t tell you much about my earlier experience with previous owners/management but now especially with Phillip in Maintenance..it’s a whole different experience..He cares, he is on time he shows up at times just making sure what ever was fixed is working properly he is the ideal maintenance man and I couldn’t be happier. I wasn’t going to renew before but I am highly considering it now"

"I recently moved into the Villas from Bricktown and I couldn’t be happier. Katie and Alyssia at the front office are amazing. Being one of their first remodels, I was able to look around the property and pick which unit I would like, then to give them about 2 weeks to do the complete update on it. If you look around you can tell that the area, everything is new. The gas stations, target, shopping centers, cvs, you are one mile from the mall, and can jump right on the highway to go anywhere in the metro. The location is perfect. Nancy, the project manager was also amazing and came to inspect everything was perfect from the renovation. I was paying $1800 a month to live in bricktown, and the size of the one bedroom, it’s huge! Massive closet, and once remodeled… well here I will just show your the pictures of my new apartment done for $950. I couldn’t be happier!"
