"worst apartment complex I have ever seen in my life. summer time AC not working and winter time heater not working.The main important thing of the security's system. no security system on here.Homeless & many strangers roam in here at night. There is no security in this apartment area as any danger can happen at any time."

"I have a friend who lives there. She's lived there way over a year. She has had no heat or air since she's moved in. No help from management. She is using small space heater,if she uses anymore it pops the circuit breaker. Freezing in winter and sweating in summer. Management needs to step it up."

"New management once again in 3 years. This is probably the 7th one. No air. No hot water. They say they’re working on it but it’s been over a week and we all are exhausted from no sleep and no air conditioning while we live in a desert. They say they have workers come and fix. But they spent 20 minutes outside then leaves and says coming back tomorrow. So there isn’t a tomorrow at this complex. This is the 9th circle of hell we are living in."

"Apartments are ok if you don't want to control your own hot water , air conditioner and heater. Air conditioning doesn't keep apt cool over 95°. They suggest you buy an air conditioner even though you pay for it. Winter hasn't started but pretty sure I'm going to have to purchase a heater. Oh yeah , no heat or air in bathroom."

"Thank you Ray & Ashley for all you do!!! 1st time in 7 years our pool is open. Everything is looking amazing and they work so hard on making sure each and everyone of us is taken care of. I have been here over 10 years and won’t go no where. *Update pool stopped looking like this one month after posting this. Once Ashley and Ray left the place went to hell. Changed my stars from 5 wish to zero. Do not move here!!!"
