"office manager terri is rude & racist! find anywhere but here! lived here for 2 years and until terri took over the office manager it was hell! she had a nasty attitude. office is always smelling like cigarettes, maintenance is also always around smoking & they do not even listen when requesting maintenance repairs, talk about cheap repairs fairway park gots it! OH AND WASHER AND DRYERS WORK SOMETIMES every other week about one washer and dryer is broke!!"

"The apartment manager doesn't have any manners, very rude also smokes cigarettes in the office while conducting business.. she doesn't fix anything her worries is keeping the pool updated which looks like trash anyways... goes up on rent every time you renew the lease but there's nothing fancy about the apartment... charges for stuff and keep the money for herself.... God forbids you have a maintenance problem you won't get anything resolved until weeks later...don't move here if Terri still works here"

"I don't understand why management treats residents with rudeness, hatefulness & contempt. Used to be a good place to live. It wasn't perfect, but 99% the old office manager tried & cared. The new one Terri is just rude & hateful. She will accuse you of things because that is what she assumes, demand you pay for repairs because all the sudden they don't do some repairs & then take over 2 months to do the repairs. Then her area manager will just blindly agree & double down that you are a liar if you ever get to talk to her as they give you a number, but she may not call you back when you try to reach her week after week. Don't move here till this management changes & the company cares about this complex & the residents. They want to raise the rent every lease because other apts have higher rent but they do, but should Burger King try to match Five Guys in price when the quality of the product is not the same? Weeds & vines growing everywhere. It shows how concerned they are on the upkeep but they freak if it is something small they suddenly decide need a change. Will change review if treatment of residents & attitude of management changes."

"Lived here 2 years and my son lived here for a couple of years previously. Patty and the staff are so great. It’s an older complex but they do a great job of maintaining it and the grounds are always planted with beautiful flowers in the summer. Our little 1 bedroom apartment was updated and very affordable. Great price for what you get. Thanks Patty, Bob, and everyone at Fairway Park."
