"I moved to OKC from Stillwater because of work and I had no clue where to live. After some google searching, I decided to do an apartment tour at Lincoln at Central Park. Roniah was the person that gave me the tour and answered all of my questions. I fell in love with her customer service and felt immediately at home. I approved of the unit and signed the lease right away. The excellent customer service didn't end. Throughout the move in and after, Roniah and the other staff did their absolute best to assist me. Any questions whatsoever, they were right there to help me every step of the way. I am in LOVE with this apartment! I love how spacious it is, for how much I'm getting it for! In OKC, that's saying something! Roniah is the person to ask for when you call to ask about this apartment complex. She smiles beautifully, is energetic, and point blank amazing all through the process. I'm so grateful I moved here. It's located near downtown and other hotspots in the city. The location is so convenient! If you have any doubts of moving here, don't. This place is peaceful, quiet, and spacious. I feel so safe here. Excellent area in the city. If there's anywhere you should live in, this apartment complex is it! I don't say that lightly, because I've lived over a decade in apartments all over the country. Lincoln at Central Park, by far, is my favorite."

"Changing my review stars it's been 4 months and it's getting quite nice here. Avoid keeping valuables things in car, Our car inside was robbed in just three weeks we moved in here. And yesterday a rug we ordered from Amazon was stolen right on our door. The place is beautiful, maintenance is good but security is the main concern."

"At first me and my colleagues were very hesitant to live in this apartment complex because of bad reviews that we read on the internet. But we really don’t have a choice ‘coz our employer already paid for the move in costs including a month’s deposit plus the other fees. Personally on the day of our move-in date I got so very excited and I realized that not everything that we saw or read on the internet is true. I fell in love with the place in an instant, it’s quite, clean and the complex itself is very spacious, on top of being pet friendly. On the side, my 1 bed and 1 bathroom unit is very homey and I feel safe because aside from the main lock, the main door has double locks that can only be accessed inside. I appreciate also that it has a family size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker with oven, and top load washer and a separate dryer. For a busy person like me, having such appliances are a huge help. Generally, I feel safe in this place. Most of my neighbors are professionals, and they respect privacy and the space of their neighbors. Earlier, we got free coffee, donuts, and cinnamon rolls for breakfast and it’s one of their monthly activities to engage and develop harmonious relationship among the community. Last but not the least, the staff are very friendly, efficient and professional especially Morgan! She explained the map and answered our questions objectively, and I was surprised that my bathroom shower was fixed in three days (excluding the weenkends) since my concern is not that urgent. Overall, I would highly recommend this place especially to those who want to start a new life in this side of the state. Thank you Lincoln!"

"I had moved into this complex the beginning of October of 2022. My apartment flooded every time it rained starting the beginning of May 2023. I moved out at the end of July 2023 and the issue wasn’t fixed. I had to sleep in a mold smelling room and even had black mold growing in at one point. I put in several requests to get it resolved and nothing was being done. This was a health issue that needed fix asap. Mondays are maintenance days for the pool but every week I went to the pool, it was still dirty. I would not recommend living here. It’s too expensive for a place that doesn’t accelerate resolving high priority issues."

"Very responsive and respectful management. Good outdoor and activities. Except a awful neighbor who harassed us and our guests multiple times and call cops to my 8 months old whose tiny crawling noises irritated the downstairs lady. Highly recommend this place. A little pricey but its absolutely worth it."
