Since I have came to visit this property over a year ago until now I have not expierence anything but amazing hosipitality and professionalism from the manager Gail and her team. I like Villa Verde, it feels like a small quiet community, and I love it!"

"When we first moved into these apartments I was a bit apprehensive because of the area and the other apartment complexes where I have lived in the past, however a year and a half later I am still here with no plans on moving any time soon. The apartment manager Gail takes your concerns seriously and does what she can to address them timely and efficiently. I have noticed that when an apartment is vacated, a crew goes in to do upgrades before I ever see a new tenant. When I moved into my apartment it had been recently cleaned and painted and also had new floors and counter tops. For a short time, there seemed to be an issue with an abundance of trash throughout the complex and in breezeways, but it appears that there is now a crew that picks up daily so the complex looks much nicer. It is also one of the quietest complexes that I've ever lived in which if u have ever lived in an apartment, u understand how important that is. This is definitely one of the nicer places to live for the price in this area."
