"I have been on the waiting list before the completion, was called in August to complete the application, only to be put off again until months later, finally completed the whole application process in September, waiting on my background check. Again 18December, completed the forms again, now waiting on compliance to approve everything, approved. My move-in date 16Feb2024, the place has not been maintained. This place is filthy, the oven, and dishwasher are inoperable, water damage under both the kitchen and bathroom sink, j the stove top is filthy under all of the burners, inside the oven is filthy, the walls need painting, the shower head is leaking at a steady rate, cobwebs on the walls and ceiling, and a spider on the ceiling, the window sills are very filthy, months of dirt, permanent marker on the bathroom door, the refrigerator is scratched up, the mini blinds are dirty, the refrigerator is filthy. My first night I had to stay at my sister’s because I was afraid of the spiders. I am nowhere near naive, I know you clean to your satisfaction when you move in a new residence, but this place is not clean whatsoever. The days when I tried to come in and look at the place, the manger was leaving the office at 4:30p to go out of town to Woodward to another property for two days, and then I was told to come in after lunch, and at 11:44am, I was told there was a medical emergency, I asked if I could pick up the key from the hospital, the keys are at the office was the reply, in the text I was told I could pick up the keys from Justin, I only had one day, to look over the place. I moved in Friday and got the disappointment of my life. I have take thirty pictures of filth. The items I listed are things they should never have been overlooked. I am visually impaired, and if I were able to see it, anyone else should have. The resistance I left I cleaned everything too to bottom, I did not know I was the make ready person here at Greenwood Estates. The bottom of my sock are filthy dirty. I am looking at a room full of unpacked boxes because I do not feel this place is where I want to be after a three year wait, praying to God that this weather is warm after getting a call in August, now it is February, I am two months shy of delivering a baby. Will someone from the corporate office please contact me, if I have to get a professional exterminator for the spiders, call a plumber for the leak, replace the oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, and do the make ready myself, not to mention paint these filthy walls and get the storage door fixed. Will my rent be discounted or something? I am really at a loss."

"I have driven by numerous times. I have yet to find the front office attended. I have had the wonderful opportunity to meet a resident or two whom was very kind and seem to enjoy living there. Yet I was disappointed when they also told me the office wasn’t often in attendance & difficult to reach."
