"The owner is a slumlord who is unprofessional and a fleet, who will put a bandaid on everything instead of fixing it or repairing it until you threaten him or go totally off which can lead to eviction. Two apartments I know has not had heat or air for 4 years. Get this, section 8 approves these apartments while giving them chance after chance to bandaid the unit and approve it. They wrong for that.."

"STAY AWAY!!! So from day 1 and trying to do a simple application with app fee and deposit of 1000, then finding out that if we don't move in and sign a lease we forfeit our deposit, then saying 5hat if we are denied approval of app then we forfeit our deposit, so trying to move forward and get though 1 yr and recover out deposit, not even 1 week into trying, they lost our vouchers then said they looked and didn't see em, so we had copy's and took them back out, then found out that the originals was there all along, then knowing it's all bills paid, called back to keep harassing us, saying when are you going to get the electric turned on? I said it's all bills paid and have a gd day, then later saying well we don't allow our maintenance man to work with electric turned on and they didn't know if the AC worked and it was over 100° last month, so now on the day before the inspection date, they call and say well we have to cancel the inspection and have someone come out and fix both units, then said they are scheduled for the next day but they had to cancel the inspection anyway, so after all the red flags and lack of real respect for us and knowing am stage 4 Colon cancer and needed this to be next to hospital for treatment, said that we can't move in and we forfeit our deposit and knowing we NEVER SIGNED ANY LEASE didn't want to give it back. Now we manage to claim half after trying but this company and complex is Not to be rented from and he has over 200 other properties and/or business. And tell everyone to stay away, also his apartment has all kinds of violations, from fire damage apartments that should have been fixed last yr or more to terminate and I know it took 5 yrs or more for the parking lot to be patched just in the last 2 wks when we came to get only half and then was told to say nothing about us receiving half of it. Plz someone help and send a good lawyer my way, as I'm now homeless and waiting to find a new place that has all bills paid and no extra fees and is safe and possibly a house with 2bd."
