"I think the new manager Sara is doing her best to get this place cleaned up. The previous manager seemed like she didn't care and was hardly in the office. Things are actually getting done around here now with the Sara. The property itself is pretty quiet, the price is pretty good being that it is all bills paid, and the isn't a lot of crime or drama on property. Only complaint as of now is parking is a fight at times"

"Not a resident anymore. When we moved it was ok for then. But as soon as we got settled it all went horrible when we moved in we didn't have A.C. for a few weeks then they busted the pipes to not only the A.C. but all of our water pipes and a gas pipe so we had no water and gas. The neighbors were always fighting. And we had the police over every other week. If not at least once a month. The lady in charge was never there. We would have times of no water, no heat, and no cooling. When the ice storm hit we had water leaking in through the air vents. Our neighbor had water pouring out from her roof and she had a couple of her rooms flooded. At that time we had half electricity and no hot water. They didn't even know we didn't have our full electricity. Another thing is as a lady I never felt any comfort being alone. There were always guys and men hitting on me and my sister. It felt so uncomfortable. One time an older man asked if my sister wanted to go party. It felt so horrible and we never wanted to be alone especially during the evening with no one outside. Over all it was time for us to go and first shot we left as it just progressed and we were over it. Now we know why people are always wanting to leave so fast."

"Literally the worst place to live in there are roaches in the apartments and mice! We didn’t have gas for three week or hot water and they still expected the whole months rent! And they won’t give a discount for anything! The apartment manager doesn’t really care about her job and lies! I lost my keys and she said she was going to tell maintenance to open my door and literally I went into my apartment at 11pm I had to get my neighbors to help me get throu the window! And all she said was sorry I mean what kind of management is this place!"
