"Do not apply here! The manager is a drunk and they don't keep up with applicants! My husband and I put in an application in March, we were told we would have a response in 5-7 days. 3 weeks later we get told we have to pay for our own background checks, when we were told that they were already waiting on our background checks! Then when I asked if they'd take the $40 off the move in cost since they obviously lied to us and because it had already been 3 weeks, we were told NO! I tried calling the property management in California only to have the guy mock me and pretend to be a manager when I asked for one! Then we got a call from the supposed "owner" Jose Belman who told me he'd get back to me after I explained everything to him and it's been 3 weeks since that call! 6 weeks!!! They are extremely unprofessional and unreliable!"

"When I came to look at the apt about a week ago Bibi in the office was great! Bibi was very friendly and her attitude helped me decided to move in here. I was going thru somethings and was deciding between 2 different places and Bibi friendly ways influenced me to take a apt at this location! Bibi has always been great about answering any questions I have had since i moved here about a week ago! I gave it a 5 star based on her! I have no complaints at this time but Bibi was great! I would recommend her to show a apt to my friends and family! Thanks for everything Bibi stay great!"

"I have lived here a month with my daughter and 3 year old grandson, and the first week we lived here we had no water and it was still really chilly. The heater doesn't work and now that it is hot there is absolutely no air-conditioning. We keep getting the run around about getting it fixed. Had I known it was going to be like this we wouldn't have moved in. It's almost like they are more concerned with getting the apartments rented than taking care of the tenants they already have. I know of at least several families in my section alone that are very miserable due to no air and no pool or anyway to cool off."

"Have been here one month was the first one to move into​ to me and my wife's first apartment it is so nice and quiet management is nice also. It also comes​ with new carpet in the living room and in the bedroom, new flooring in the bathroom and in the kitchen also has new refrigerator and stove. Way better than what this place use to be"
