"I moved from out of state for work and was very stressed about the move but Tonya and the staff made the apartment portion of it absolutely effortless! I was able to call or email anytime with a quick response. Even after I got moved in they checked in on me to make sure how I was adjusting and if there was anything that was needed around the apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment and see myself staying for quite awhile."

"The entire move-in experience has been great! The ease of completing an application online, communication about the process and friendliness of the staff has been great. The complex and my unit are clean and the community is quiet. A specific shout out goes to Tanya for her professionalism and friendliness. She is knowledgeable and very helpful! 10/10 recommend!"

"Do not move here. I have been here for 2 years. I have paid on time and over the amount this whole time. I intended to set up a credit so when I leave it will be smooth and graceful. I went in today to ask how much of my last 2 months I have left to pay, accounting for my credit. First the lady completely refuses to answer, then she completely bulldozed over my question and said "your moving next month? You need to put in your 30 day notice today". To which I said 'I'll make sure i turn it in 30 days before I move, but I'm not moving on the first" and she said "fine don't listen to me, see what happens". Then completely stone walls me until I leave. Then I come back a little later to file a complaint and she completely lies saying she never said that. Horrible people. The cheap prices are not worth it. Very trashy complex. They have had a massive water leak for months. They constantly have trash everywhere."

"When I moved here last year, management wasn't at it's best. Since Karen's joined the team, I've seen a lot of improvements made. It's still relatively quiet and they've now started updating some interior designs of the place. There's new duplexes nearby, so I'm not sure how long it'll stay a quiet neighborhood. Pricing is decent and it helps if you know what you are paying for, since these are older apartments. I'd rate it 4.5 if Google would let me, but I'd dock half a point because the pools weren't open this summer and the stairs aren't the best for move-in days. Karen and the new team members are quite personable and I haven't had an issue with repairs."
