"For delivery drivers, please add numbers to the outside of buildings not just inside. I shouldn't have to walk around the entire complex to find a building number. It should be visible from the parking lot."

"I lived here for about 7 months. I really enjoyed living there. The office staff is so great! Samantha and Tori are super sweet and helpful. I would have loved to stay but unfortunately my finances were effected and I had to move. Super quiet and nice area. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. Also I had no issues with my ESA. My dog was accepted with no problem."

"I would honestly rate a zero stars if I could . This place is cruel . They gave my disabled mother 2 weeks of hope and decided to deny her last minute. She put her deposit down , told them it’s an emergency because she was living at a hotel for a few weeks & they slowed played her for two weeks . She has a great job , never been evicted , decent credit and they denied her all because of her credit but we know hers is way better then mine . The lady Victoria I believe in the office isn’t even trained . None of them are . I guess we stressed her out but she knew from the start it was an emergency and she didn’t even start the application until like 3-4 days later . I had to call because I was used a reference and she literally admitted to me that she doesn’t know what to ask . Now my mother is out of time , finding a place last minute AGAIN because these cruel people want to waste her time . I used to live here in 2020 and they were great but now they are something else . I do not recommend them at all , stay far away if you can ! They will literally lead you on and give you false hope ."

"I have lived here for a year. I love it. The office ladies are really nice. The apartments are really nice. Anytime that we have any maintenance issues they jump right on making work order and it's fixed the same day. Maintenance was very nice and listen to you. Everyone is really respectful I highly recommend people coming to these apartments to rent from I'll stand behind them on 100% of the work that they do."

"I've lived in this apartment complex for 4 years now. The current manager (Danielle) is the best one they've had since I've lived here. Maintenance is usually pretty good about getting repairs done the same day. The units are fairly large, park stays maintained. The neighbors I'm around are mostly quiet, never had an issue with people having parties/etc. Never had an issue with pests either. If you're a student or a first time renter, I recommend this place."
