Victoria Park Apartments

"New management is unresponsive. I have been trying to sign a new (although very shortened lease) for almost a month. Office staff keeps saying that they will email my lease but I am still waiting. Payment portal shows a month-to-month fee (you cannot edit payment amount to only pay my ACTUAL rent) even though they acknowledged that I would be signing a 6 month lease. I have left several voicemails and sent numerous emails simply trying to pay rent with zero response. Also, the pool is almost never open and when it is, they close it at random times (sometimes it is 8pm and sometimes it is 5:30pm - ON A FRIDAY EVENING WITH 98 DEGREES TEMPERATURE!). Maintenance requests now take a long time to be addressed and lawn care is very intermittent. This used to be a quaint complex with great office staff, but not anymore. Very disappointing!"

"I have lived at both locations. Reeds landing and Victoria park. Both locations are managed and maintenance bu the same crew. Both places are very comfortable and safe. Maintenance requests gets done in a timely manner. I absolutely would and have recommended people to live here."

"Lazy management that takes ages to complete maintenance requests. Terrible lawn care- they haven’t bothered to cut their grass in God knows how long, leaving tenants vulnerable to pests."

"I have not had any trouble until the move out. The office person Maria by far is incapable of doing her job. She was untruthful and if you move here and you don’t have it PROFESSIONALLY cleaned and Professionally carpet cleaned they will take that out your deposit. Also Maria wanted to schedule my walk through on the 30th because if the walk through was done on the 1st it would charge me another day even though I paid for the full month. I asked for corporates number on 5 separate occasions and had to finally call the police to get the number. My lease was for one year and Maria tried to charge me for a brown rusted sink that had been that way since I moved in. It takes years to rust and that was the bathroom that was used for washing hands. The other full bathroom that we had to use everyday to brush our teeth and hands for 4 different people would have the same damage or if not more. The tub is completely painted white and it chips after everyday use and they try to charge you for that as well. Maria also spoke with another tenant about supposed damages and the ordeal of my move out which is a total violation of my privacy. There were nail holes in the apartment BEFORE I moved in that were completely painted over(not repaired) and now they are wanting to charge for holes that are there that we hung 3 pictures and a door sign on my daughters room and I’m still trying to figure out how can they charge for the 4 holes that we places when they didn’t even repair the holes that were there when I moved in the first time. Even corporate said they can see that some holes had been there but there are new ones. Yes there was a light pink stain on the carpet which I was aware and that they would charge for that but this is by far the worse experience I have ever had. The corporate office called back and told me that there was no way the sink was rented to me that way. They have no idea what’s going on and why they can’t keep tenants. I would not recommend anyone to rent here and also I will contact Better Business Bureau."
