"I appreciate that the manager worked hard to find me a room and the breakfast staff is very nice but there was a roach in my room, hair in the toilet and shower. The hallway was dirty. I just haven't been to a property where I doubted the cleanliness like this one"
"This hotel is in a great location. We felt very safe since it shared a lot with several other hotels so the parking lots are well lit. Staff was very courteous and upgraded our room to a suite with a huge jetted tub. The rooms were nice, bed was comfy, and looked clean. The rooms can be a bit dark and the AC was a bit loud, but it met all our needs."
"Overall liked the room and beds. Breakfast was a little disappointing with some items not being available. Wish the had some wheat bread offering for toast. Good oatmeal. Good egg options when available. Having overripe bananas, not so good."
"We used this hotel as a "base" for out-of-town guests for an Anniversary Party this past weekend and we could not be more pleased. The room rate was competitive but more importantly the facilities were wonderful. My wife and I rented a suite to serve as a Hospitality Room and it worked nicely with people able to spill into the common areas to socialize. Another example of their splendid service is Housekeeping returned a piece of jewelry we forgot to the front desk who then called us! A special shootout to General Manager Amy Jordan for her assistance! She is great!"
