"I recently moved in and couldn’t be happier. I’m not sure why the reviews are so low but everything is subjective. My experience has been amazing! The staff ESPECIALLY Bianca is incredible. So accommodating and truly cares about your needs . The apartment is beautiful and spacious . It gives a house feel, which I love. They come with a full size washer and dryer which is so nice. The bathtubs are huge and my favorite place so far. The closet space is insane The valet trash service is so nice as well. These are def a bang for your buck and worth every penny."

"DO NOT LIVE HERE! We lived there for just under a year and the whole time it was horrible. The place was not cleaned before we moved in. We weren’t allowed to get our keys until right before the office closed. They wouldn’t let us do a walkthrough or see our apartment before we moved in. For 6 months out of the 12 month lease we were constantly dealing with not having hot water. They never replaced the water heater until the 5th time of putting in maintenance requests and going into the office and complaining. They “fixed” it multiple times by telling us to just hit the reset button ourselves to get hot water every time we wanted to take a shower. They don’t come to replace the air filters every three months as stated, they don’t come to spray for bugs as stated either. We had to do those ourselves. There’s never any parking and we get told not to park on the curbs so you have to find a spot on the other side of the complex to park your car. It is not a gated community. The gates were always broken and left open. Maintenance always “lost or broke” our apartment keys so I had to give them my key to make more copies to be able to come in and “fix” any issues with our apartment. They are not luxury apartments. Way over priced for what you get. They also tried to raise our rent to renew. Do not live here!!"

"The apartment itself is nice but it is ruined by management. I lived here for a year and left as soon as I could. People throw trash off their balcony and into the field behind the building, packages are stolen all the time, there’s no cameras, trash pick up is inconsistent. When management is asked about how they are going to address the issues you get no answer. People parked in front of my garage. Maintenance parks in the handicap spots. The elevator and hallways were constantly full of trash. It’s supposed to be smoke free but it’s not. If management would address the issues it would be a great place to live but they don’t care. It’s not luxury at all and way over priced for the experience you get."

"10/10 do NOT recommend. I’ve lived here a few months and the threatening emails that if I don’t have my trash out only from 6PM-8PM made me think, I should follow the rules. Then my trash won’t be picked up for days at a time. They ripped the bag last time and left in front of my apartment. Now I go down to throw it away myself and literally there’s trash everywhere at the entrance to this complex. Elevator works 30% of the time. The security gate is open 100% of the time. My across the hall neighbor that just moved in is extremely loud. I’ve never had pets and for some reason for the first time fleas were in my apartment. I spent close to $100 to fix the problem with no reimbursement or apology. They constantly ask me to pay again when I’ve paid my rent a week or so in advance. I chose this place for the amenities and the security. Which are both a HUGE joke. The only thing these people care about is the landscaping and getting your money."
