"For many years my wonderful mother was a tenant. She recently passed and the complex has given our family a run around for getting back my mother’s deposit. There has been many “unexpected” fees added and then what is left has never been mailed. There has always been a lack of follow through. Management is very cordial to you in person or on the phone but never follows through."

"Wonderful place to call home! My baby girl got meningitis at the age of 2 and was perfectly healthy before, she was in patient at Bethany children’s center and all her new docs for her brain damage and stuff was up here and we loved an hr and half away so we had to pick everything up and move, we got short notice on her discharge and had to hurry to find a place up here and Kacy the manager worked so hard to get us in here asap and has been absolutely wonderful to us since. I couldn’t say one bad thing about Kacy, she is definitely the kind of landlord I would hope for and we so so so appreciate all her and her staff have done for us!"

"I lived here for just a couple of months. They never would fix anything including my broken window. Also, there was a terrible plumbing problem that backed up into my dishwasher so every time I ran the dishwasher, it smelled like poo water, and my dishes had poo water all over them. They took the door off the bathroom and tore part of the wall out to get to the plumbing. There was such a terrible mold situation in that wall. But they never fixed the plumbing or mold issue. In addition, they had a bedbug infestation. It was so bad even the front office had to work from home because of the bedbug infestation. Anytime I’ve tried to call I never get through to a person. I need someone to contact me ASAP"

"The office staff are wonderful and they actually care about their residents also they will get things done in a timely manner. Maintenance always does a great job fixing the problems needed. I love staying here and recommend others to consider living here as well..."

"When I lived her I had nothing but issues. My mother has been living here for almost 15 years and has never had the issues or the disrespect from the office. She's elderly. The maintenance a couple years ago gladly helped her take off the door frame to the bathroom to fit in her washer and dryer. Now she has to move out due to health issues and they said they would take it off so we can access our things and move out of the place. They never called but two weeks later I call and get the most disrespect when asking why no one has called her to inform they changed their mind and now will not help her get the washer and dryer out. We do not want to damage anything and why is our fault that they sold the complex and now we have different people than before? Shouldn't we still get help since the apartment and the maintenance at the time got it in for her and now we have to leave this behind and just give them a new washer and dryer? They are rude and talk down to you like you are a child. They say they will call end of day to let us know something but I can almost bet we won't hear from them."
