"Do not rent here! Ant, bug and roach infested! 6 treatments still haven’t gotten rid of the insects. As mentioned in other renters reviews, Integrity Oklahoma will keep your full security deposit without notifying you as to why. After I moved out I found out not only was my full security deposit kept but I was also sent to Collections! Integrity Oklahoma and the building owners never notified me of charges they claimed exceeded my security deposit. They had my contact information and chose to never even give me even a courtesy call which unfortunately does not show an ounce of Integrity, per this companies misleading title. I was charged over $2,000 in “repair” costs they are unable to provide receipts for and refuse to speak to me about."

"management of this apartment complex are very rude and scandalous they kept my deposit and they gave me excuses why they didn't return deposit back to me after cleaning the apt very well I had to hire two employees to clean it up I tried to get hold of them to inspect my apt for week but I didn't get no response from them month later they send me later saying they had to fix things witch was lie and deposit was 475 dollars I got nothing back I wouldn't recommended leasing from this complex"

"Very poor customer services, Rarely anyone in office. Forcing people to comunicate vía electronically with no staff on site, Wether it be for maintenance purposes or paying rent directly. Unfair late fees due to lack of staff and feels like (already very old apartment complex) apartments are falling apart due to very incompetent maintenance. Been here 3 years, sadly I’m a student and at the moment cannot afford to move out. Only thing good here is the price and even now they seem to be raising it for the new tenants. If you want to live with accessibility to comfortable service this is not the place. Hope this was helpful to the person reading this. For the price and all the points I mentioned above I truly feel like you are able to find better apartments to live in."
