"Me and my family really enjoyed our stay here! Christina was so helpful, nice and very informative and accommodating. The elevator was down but that’s okay because the room was great, breakfast was great and the pool and the hot tub were so relaxing! Had a small problem with the air in the room but they would have fixed it in a second or addressed it. We weren’t here long, but for the night we stayed it was super enjoyable :) we will be back to stay for a relaxing night. Thanks again Christina , and the cleaning and cooking staff! :)"

"Wonderful, staff. Responsive, and friendly! The decor is a bit outdated and hotel is being renovated. Comfortable and clean. Price point was decent and breakfast was Holiday Inn good."

"Very clean, well situated to what we wanted to visit including the Oklahoma City Stockyards. Very close to the airport and convenient stores like a liquor store, gas station and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and gave us a AAA discount without us asking which was great! We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee which was fresh and served in a tidy breakfast area. Would stay again. Seemed pet friendly too, FYI :) Only thing that might be an issue for some is that the elevator wasn't working. Still a clean, modern hotel with no weirdness."

"Stayed with my sister, elevator was down, according to previous reviews, it had been down 2 weeks prior as well, front desk associate was great, poor woman, was by herself, while the manager stayed in the back, shower gel dispenser didn't work, no hair dryer, fridge or microwave in room. The desk brought it up on a cart by herself, staff claimed they called, to inform us of elevator, however no missed calls on phone. Was told only one flight, but it was really 2 flights, of stairs we had mobility issues, was a rough stay, no compensation or apology offered! Very disappointing."

"The bathtub wouldn't work to plug and keep water in. The hot tub didn't work ,their elevator was broken. The room smelled and there was no soap in the soap dispensers. The breakfast was okay the front desk lady was nice but waited to tell us about the hottub till we paid we chose this spot on the breakfast and hottub."
