My father moved in a week ago and this property is so peaceful. The units are quaint and comfortable, and the area is so quiet with lots of big beautiful trees, almost feels like you’re in the middle of the woods."

"Do not rent here, bugs everywhere. Nobody is ever at the office and you can’t ever get ahold of someone through the phone. Ac doesn’t work. I am just trying to help someone else not make the same mistake I did!"

"If I could give a zero I would. The owner of these apartments is having them redone and dose not want to pay the help. The inside of the apartment is very nasty. The owner is never there. The owner is having the electric and plumbing done by unliscened electricians. She changes her story a thousand times. This is the worst place I have ever seen. I will be calling the news channels so everyone knows what is going on. I also have recipets were I bought supplies for the apartment and she won't pay me back."

"Great property, unlike anything else in Oklahoma City. Park like setting, lake, creek, grass fields and trees. Its like living in the forest while being in the City! My unit was just completely remodeled and new management that took over is really nice.Hope to stay here for a long time!"
