"The management has been horrendous here the last two times they have changed management In the last 2 years.    ReMax and Property Management were both awful.  We went 6 months with a refrigerator that was too big for our kitchen.  Had to scoot it out of the way to get to the stove each time. Then they told us we were too noisy for the downstairs neighbor. It was us scooting the fridge  so we could cook!  They finally fixed that a few months ago.   There is 0 lights outside at night. You pray you don't get mugged or jumped after dark. This used to be a great community to live in back when Sher was manager and after that when Laura was manager and Larry was maintenance in 2016. It's been on a steady decline since the Weyhes sold the place . There is a 3rd management coming in now that seems promising. I'm hoping I can raise the review from 1 ⭐ back to a 5 ⭐ when we first moved here 7 years ago."

"The meadows all I have to say is that I stayed there and really didn’t have no problem with no one I always helped they need a on site manager for this property and it would be more better and safe the kids run around some times all night the people was up over me was always loud I wouldn’t say it’s a bad place to live you just got to stay to yourself and that’s that"

"My name is Trey Nathan Tayor I have been living in Apt. # 207 forever five years now. With my roommate who has been the this apt. #207 for well over 10 plus years neither of us ever missing even one day late on the rent ever and I mean never. We continued as loyal residents through at least two separate property owners, as well as adjusted our selves as we have had to accommodate to at least 4 different apartment managers. But we were able to deal with it. I can't find the official property owners number at this exact time. But I will find it and when I do an official complaint will be made on and against the " very new" and unprofessionally rude security officer.... so I'm cleaning my car out out front and at the same time am listening to music. The whole Time planning to wrap it up by 11:00p.m. at 11:02p.m. of Tues July 7th this "PROFESSIONAL SECURITY OFFICER" Has the oddasity to address me about the situation, not by coming down the stairs to confront me politely to wrap it up because it was getting to be late. HOWER, INSTEAD, HE addresses the situation by yelling down to me from where he stood at the top of the stairway... This is unacceptably very unprofessional in so many ways.First off, the scene which he created by doing this was much louder than what my stock 2006 radio can even play. Next thing about how he handle it was that he faild to use any sort of politeness as he yelled down the stairs torward me instead he demand that I shut it off right now, because he is the security officer. I literally felt so disrespected at this point that I simply informed him he should go ahead and do whatever he needed to do but that I would be done very shortly and at that when i lock my car is when the radio would turn off. Within 5 min. I was done and walking back up to my apt. Only to be held up by him and a friend scooting a full sized refrigerator down the path which is concrete leading directly infront of several upstairs apartments including mine. So aparantly it's ok for him to make loud scooting sounds infront of our apartment after so called curfew but if I make a sound he hears after curfew it's not ok. This seems to me to be a sor of double standard but what could i possibly know right. Hopefully not only our manager reads but I pray that it's also either seen by or shown to by the property owners. So that these types of things can be handled in a very different way. At the very least for the sake of the good and residents that reside here."
