"The Properties are in horrible shape the plumbing and structural issues continue to get worse. At least 5 of the buildings leak water into the units from underneath the walls when it rains heavily. The units are so drafty good luck staying warm in the winter and cool in the summer. There is mold in the walls in at least half of the units. And most of the units are infested with bugs roaches, wasps and ants. They refuse to properly maintain the property and only patch fix the problems. The area supervisors are racist and dishonest and choose to maintain the curb appeal rather than the units the tenants live in. They expect their employees to disregard OSHA safety requirements/ regulations and refuse to provide them with proper PPE and safety equipment needed to safely perform the job. I wouldn't recommend living or working at River Ranch or Castle Hill Apartments. I will be reporting Monticello Asset Management to OSHA as well as the city's code enforcement office."

"Bot lh Castle Hill & River Ranch are under the same management & it seems like nothing ever gets done! Our dishwasher was broken for over 8 months & had a horrible smell & they waited till we turned in our move out notice to fix it. The floors were starting to dip really bad (we were on the second floor) so that's a problem! They tried to say we did not turn in a move notice even though I made them make copies of the signed documents for proof of acknowledgement. Just over all a terrible terrible apartment complexs. 2 stars because I did have some of the coolest niegbors."

"We just moved here about 2 months ago and I gotta say, way different than the other reviews say. The place is clean and quiet and safe for my grandchildren. The grandkids love the playground here."

"They only care about looks . The management is very lazy. The washer are backed up Atleast once a month and If you try to tell the office they will tell you to call the washer company. They don’t refill the doggy bags. They are rude to talk to and always have the office locked . Very unfriendly and unprofessional. The pics are three different washers. This has happened 3-4 times on the past 5 months I’ve lived here and they’ll sit like that for weeks"
