Any issues with the apartment were fixed immediately and the maintenance staff was super friendly. You can fish in the pond, and walking through the area was nice because it was always clean and safe. Everything was great during my time living there"

"Literally the cleanest , most well kept apartments , a long with all the furnishings and amenities on top of the amazing management and maintenance staff this place is definitely worth every dollar! I am a medical marijuana card holder and as we obviously can’t smoke inside due to other people’s allergies or beliefs I am still at comfort with being able to take my medicine on my personal porch away from everything and everyone. I’m severely allergic to cigarettes and Cats and I have had no problems with the smell of either knowing people do both but because of all the space I’m accommodated with it’s no issue whatsoever ! Love this place again and the amazing staff."

"I cleaned the apartment very well I put deposits 400$ I just got 75$ refund ( you just waisting youre money here) I walked out with a housekeeping lady and she took pictures for everything , after all that cleaning they said going to charge me 70$-90$ for general cleaning , because I just asked the manager ( non prof manager) why 70$-90$ she start want to give me hard time and she charge for everything I don't suppose to be charged but for me I will not go or tell anybody to go there you just gonna waist youre money , it's too expensive for this place you can find something better in the same price"

"For whom it may concern, I am writing this to express my feedback regarding before Renting Stone Creek Apartment, Ardmore, OK. I am new to the area, from my research it was best place in town to rent. However, the staff, especially Mrs. Parker (the Stone Creek Manager) will charge you for everything when you moved out or break the contract. By law, you should not pay to clean for other tenant to move in your place. Unless, the property is damage. When I moved out and received my depot after a month later. It stated that I was charged for the carpet and the whole apartment cleaning among other cleaning components. So I called Stone Creek to clarify and 1 week no one got back to me. I called again and got in touch with Janet, she stated Mrs. Quitin Parker whom make all the decision. So I waited another week and no one got back to me. I called again, and none of the staff was aware of my situation. I finally got Mrs. Parker on the phone. She told me that my apartment was left dirty, hence they have to charge for the cleaning. She stated she took pictures as approve. I asked for those picture to be email to me (no email was sent). About 10 minutes into the conservation, I asked if I can get a upper management opinion on this issue, she stated that she is the only one who can make the decision and there was no one higher than her. She also tempted me to sue her in court then hang up the phone. I don't understand the professionalism occur around here and if the landlord is aware of the situation. I am not the only one to complain. Several other tenants were also a victim of this Stone Creek Apartment. To me, it was never about the money, it more about dealing with the situation in a professional manner and not in a discriminate way like this."
