"Rooms were nice with a full size refrigerator and kitchenette. However there was a faint smoke smell in the room. The breakfast could be a bit better (oatmeal was watery and I added an instant cup to the bowl to make it the right consistency)"
"Staff is wonderful and the lobby is clean and efficient. The rooms are in dire need of a thorough cleaning and modernization. Walls have staining and scuff marks showers and bathroom have mold and mildew above the height a normal cleaner could reach, the carpet is crunchy. The beds are clean but you can feel the springs coming through the padding. The issue is not the staff’s cleaning skills (beds are clean and high touch points are clearly cleaned daily) but a prioritization of periodical thorough refreshing of the rooms."
"The service was excellent. The breakfast was good and had many choices. My only issue is that their needs to be major repairs done. Within my one night stay, the front lobby air conditioning was broken, pool closed, gym air conditioning broken, and washing machine broken. So any amenities included with the room were pretty much null void."
"Had a local meth head hanging outside the hotel when we pulled up. She ran into the bathroom when no one was looking. The attendant didn't seem to mind her hanging out. I mean I get it people need help and all... But this is a business establishment and some families may not feel safe."
"I booked a room at this location specifically because they advertise having a hot tub. During check in I was informed that the hot tub was not working. I was offered no discount. When I pay for a room at a hotel I expect to be able it use all the amenities. Our ice bucket in our room has trash in it and the tub was filthy. The breakfast area was dirty as well. The staff was nice at least."
