"Checked out after 2 hours due to bugs, not clean and the blankets smelled so bad my wife was getting sick."

"Horrible service. Overcharged me 2 days on 4 rooms and won’t credit it back. One of our rooms the sink was plugged. Maintenance came and the sink broke off the wall. We had to wait for them to repair it. Service is horrible. I would not recommend it. Wyndham even has a complaint against them."

"We were extremely disappointed with our experience with this hotel. Our room looked like it was rushed to be cleaned and the sheets may not have actually been changed because there was a bunch of marks and hairs and lint on the sheets. The tile floor hat muddy boot prints, the desk surface had dried coffee spills and wasn’t wiped clean. There was also a spot on the carpet that looked like dried blood. We brought this to the attention of our desk clerk who viewed the room and eventually gave us another room, even upgrading us. Unfortunately, it was very similar to the first and after viewing 2 rooms with unclean sheets, we had lost faith in the cleanliness of this hotel and decided to arrange a different room and another hotel. We tried explaining the situation to the front clerk who told us that they were not authorized to do any kind of refund and instead they would leave a note. As we would be leaving the morning we continued to request someone contacting who could assist us with our concerns at the time instead of waiting until the morning but the front clerk kept reminding us that we had been upgraded already and that there’s nothing they can do. A couple days later I received an update that we would not be getting a refund despite a clearly unclean room. In hindsight, if I’d known we wouldn’t be getting a refund for a dirty room, I could have just changed the sheets or cleaned the room myself but since the clerk had no training in these situations we left without certainty on next steps. I understand the policy must be followed but when there’s blood on the floor and the sheets are not clean and the room clearly is dirty, I expected that they would honour their promise to provide a safe and clean room for their customers. I also understand that you ‘get what you pay for’ but the bare minimum of a hotel is to provide a clean bed/space but this hotel was unable to fulfil that. I would not advise anyone stays here until they sort out their ability to provide safe and clean rooms for potential customers."

"The owners were super nice! My wallet got stolen and they accommodated me so well!! Such sweet people and a very clean home for the night! I thank them from the bottom of my heart for the hospitality! Wonderful folks! Clean rooms!!"

"Great place rooms are a bit dated but you get what you pay for. They were clean though just old looking. No bugs of any kind. We stayed here for a week when we moved here. Offered us a special if we wanted to stay longer. Very friendly and was helpful. We recommend it to any family that comes into town."
