"Would not recommend. All they want is money and will charge you for every little thing. Moved into my apartment and all the paint was messed up I asked for it to be fixed and never happened. Then I go to move out at the end of the year and they charge me for damage to the paint that was there when I moved in. Area around the apartment is always dirty and trashed. My friend parked in the parking spot right next to the visitors parking spot because all the rest of the visitors parking was full and they tow the car and we have to pay $300. Side note half the parking lot was empty so residents had plenty of parking. Oh and don't move in unless you like coming home to your apartment smelling like weed because of all your neighbors smoking. Just a few things I didn't like but could definitely think of more."
"Don't move here they're the worst apt. in the USA. They have the nerves to send out a renewal notice.I wouldn't suggest a dog move into this place. I don't need to repeat what the other ppl are experiencing because its all true. These apartment aren't all of that, they might look nice. They make you not want to ever sign an apartment lease. The management is horrible and the staff can be rude and Corporate is even worst. Wish I would have read the reviews before I had moved in. I will be calling the Better Business Bureau as well. The police is always being called because of fighting, partying etc. I believe the tow ppl live on the property because they will tow as fast as you blink. You'll find a better living spot under a bridge than to move in this place thats a fact!!!!!"
"PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The apartment complex looks nice but it is sooooo not worth it. Everything in the apartment is so cheap. However, that's not the bad part. The problem I have is with the management and residents. There is never anyone in the office that knows what they are talking about. ALL the employees are so rude. I had a problem with my wifi and I called suddenlink and they said my apartment complex had to call. I went up there and no one would do anything. I had to call suddenlink back and pretend I was a manager at the Reserves to get any help. Later, I got an eviction notice for not paying rent. I got on their rent paying website and it said my balance was zero. Once my toilet was broken and it took 3 days to fix it. Our air conditioner broke and it's been 2 days and no one has come. The whole building smells like weed. Residents randomly decide to pop fireworks in the parking lot near the cars. If you are a female, the men will probably follow you to your car in order to get a phone number and they do not like to hear no. The stories just get worse from here. I am currently trying to dissolve my lease. I wouldn't even stay here if it was 50$ a month. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! please oh please I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy."
"DO NOT. I repeat, DO NOT live here at The Reserve. They take forever to get a problem fixed and they don't even care. I've been calling and leaving them voicemails for 2 weeks now and they haven't responded. I've went to the office about certain situations and the manager gets an attitude with me because she doesn't want to deal with it. Our air conditioning goes in and out every time the weather changes. Our hot water has gone out twice and they took their time to fix it. If you have a pet you surely don't want to live here because you pay a $300 deposit plus $20 extra a month. I pay for my pet but my roommate hasn't for 4 months now and they haven't done anything about it but if I don't pay for mine I get a fee. The wifi is free but you have to get your own router but what's the point if the internet is always down. The printer is ALWAYS down. The cable is suppose to be included but they cut mine off because I didn't pay for the persons cable box who lived here before me. When it isn't my fault that she left it and didn't return it back to the company! It's just not worth it. Especially when you're paying your money to live here. If I wasn't on a lease, I would've been gone!"
"DO NOT LIVE HERE! THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT SAFE! I have lived here for almost a year and have had to call the police and 911 a number of times. My car was stolen from the parking lot in broad day light!!! I do not feel safe to walk outside and I am counting down the days until I get to move. Please please please do not live here! I am not writing this review out of anger. I am only writing this in hopes of saving someone from having to live here and fear for their life everyday."
