Plus water plus lights and cable now let me tell you something the water over here leaks so your water bill will be above $200 every month. They don’t fix nothing they give you broken down though. Dog Fee is above the roof and you can’t have no dangerous breed then you got to pay for the dog poop then they want you to get Insurance that cost $20,000. Then this place is roaches. Everybody in these apartments pays different rent. If you do something wrong here they won’t renew your lease. They’ll just put you out People do come in your apartment and they will steal. These are the maintenance man they will steal something in your apartment. Be careful before you come here. Just reminder you will be Light water, Dog fees, dog poop, Cable dog Insurance and you do get fines if you don’t pick up your poop."

Your rent is between 895 to 900 for a one or two bedrooms for the Mexicans. They don’t do not that don’t do no work. I had a girl she goes in charge fees everything that she drives around the apartment staring into your apartment that’s scary"

"I stayed here as an air bnb customer and it was terrible. The community gets loud from 2-4 am. Someone was always smoking marijuana, it was black mold and It was just the worst. My family was so scared for me they would call and check on me and my daughter throughout the night."
