"Stayed here to attend my brother's BMT graduation. Great location, not too far from Fort Sill. The king size room I stayed in was clean and well maintained. It had a little kitchenette consisting of a microwave, refrigerator, and sink, so you don't have to wash your fresh food in the bathroom. Definitely need a rental car in this city on general. Can't walk anywhere, really."

"Beautiful hotel, great customer service. Location great for easy access to airport, shopping and food. The whole place was very clean. The best staff on when we stayed for grandson's Army graduation from bootcamp.. Would stay again.."

"Pros: The rooms are nice and clean. The mattresses are soft and comfortable. I very much liked the sizable mini-fridge, sink, and microwave. There's ample space to spread out one's stuff and work or relax. The front desk people are friendly. Cons: The keys reset all the time. Twice in a three night stay did I have to get my cards rekeyed. Very annoying. The water took a while to heat up. The walls aren't super thick. My neighbor's loud TV kept me up. There aren't many places to eat in the area. We had to drive to get food."

"My family and I stayed here for a military graduation. The check in process was fine. We got into our rooms. I inspected it as always.There bathroom needs a deep clean, as there was caked up residue of seem like not thorough cleaning in the shower and floor. There were dingy discolored towels, which needed to be replace as you can tell were old. There was no iron nor hangers. The bed linens were not changed as there were spots in them and also the pillow cases. I called up front to request clean linen. The person told me house cleaning won't be in until in the morning. So I guess she expected my family and I to sleep on dirty linens. I asked her to find me some clean linen and I will make the bed myself, in which I did. Some of the furniture was dirty also. I like Holiday Inn Expess. This hotel is the only one that I had a bad experience with. The 2 stars was for location to base."
