"Been living here for 2 years paying 550 last year one of the tenants moved out and everybody apartment was infested with roaches,I’ve spent countless amount of money on raid and still dealing with it. They now have new owners who raised the rent to 850 nothing is new or updated but the owners still same ol roaches"

"The apartment I rented had roaches, of course, I had already signed a contract and moved all my belongings in before finding out. It didn't matter that I kept my unit clean, because there were/are so many living in the building. Toward the end of my time there, the bathroom ceiling started molding where the upstairs neighbor's toilet sat. They just painted over it; a week later the mold started growing again. I moved out shortly after, and I seriously hope that the ceiling hasn't collapsed on somebody. The office staff were not people you looked forward to speaking with, also it is a dangerous part of town to live. I have never had such a bad experience renting. Beware! Good luck with your search."

"I do not recommend. The pricing is ridiculous for nothing paid and horrible management. Maintenance man is helpful. We have had so many parking issues within this year I have lived here. Told me to call the office and go through the prompt to get ahold of security, it just kept ringing. Some places have central heating and air and others have window units. I had the window unit. It went out and we called. They had to order our piece and we were waiting about 2 weeks, called them and they told us it was on back order. She never called to let us know! we didn't have the unit for a MONTH! Thank god there was a fireplace. Our refrigerator SUCKS! If its just right for the fridge, our freezer starts to thaw, if our freezer is right, our fridge starts to freeze everything as well. We told her and she said they didn't have the money to fix or replace it. Can't wait to leave!"

"Horrible. My apartment was broken into and it to the property manager a whole month to fix the sliding glass doors. I deployed Afghanistan after, did not ask for the deposit back and I checked my credit report and there is a collections of $3000 from this property. Wth. If I give you deployment orders, getting out my contract should not have any penalties. And every time I called the manager, she was never in the office and when she answered there was an excuse every time I asked her where the sliding doors was gonna get fixed. The maintenance guy has an attitude when you have hi me come fix things in the apartment like the AC unit that didn't work in my apartment."

"I moved in to Mickaszac in May 2013 and it was a scary experience for me since I was moving from California. The property manger was very informative about the prices and the apartments. When I arrived she showed me the apartments and I felt comfortable and safe in the area. My main concern was my kids and how they would adjust to the change. The staff at the office were very helpful, the transition was a very smooth one for my family and me. I have recommended Mickaszac Property to some of my friends who are moving in to Lawton even family members who are making the decision move to Lawton. I appreciate the staff for helping me during this change, Thank You"
