"A friend of mine lives there. When work orders aren't being ignored, they fail to repair or fix any of the issues properly or correctly. The office personnel and maintenance staff are non existent. Between the black mold, structures completely deteriorating in front of your eyes, pests and failure to provide adequate, functioning appliances, I will never be contacting them for an apartment!"

"Was a loyal tenant for two years. I was never late on my rent, and recently moved. After moving, I was charged for a month after because of "insufficient notice" even though my lease was up. It is in the lease agreement so even though I am upset for paying a month of rent somewhere I am not living, I did leave pretty quickly. Now I am being charged for another month, and tried multiple times to call and try to solve the problem, but keep getting disconnected from their automated system. Edit: Later the same day I did receive a call back from the office manager. I found out that my move out process was going and it just had not zeroed out the rent balance for June. Issues were resolved in a satisfactory manner, raised from 1 to 3 stars."

"This place is disgusting. And the management not only needs an attitude adjustment, but some common sense as well. Let’s start out with all the issues I came in with when I moved in. And they said they’d be fixed. Called months after them still not being fixed and oh, “they don’t have the parts” lease agreement says no marijuana on the property but it constantly smells like it. I turn in orders, terminating my lease and she thinks she can deny them. Literally tells me to “change my attitude.” Is that how you want your property management to be? My 3 year old nephew can handle stuff better than that. Not to mention she drinks on the job and messes around with the maintenance guys. Her name is Rachel by the way. Big shout out."
