"Run, don't walk, as fast as you can, away from this apartment complex. Management is awful. They are rude, and disrespectful. If they don't like you, or if you complain, they will refuge to renew your lease. They are cold blooded. They refuse to fix anything. Whatever problems the apartments have, its not their fault. Don't live here!!! Air conditioning never worked right. Its always hot inside even running ac at 50 degrees! Our first night there, my son's room was so hot, he had trouble breathing. Roaches too. Parking lot is full of pot holes. Only two washer and two dryers for whole complex, and they are broken down half the time. Property is very old and run down. Management doesn't clean up trash or tree branches, or junk laying around. They absolutely do not care if the tenants are happy. They want your money, and for you to keep your mouth shut. By far the very worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. Manager will argue with you instead of working with you to resolve problems. No customer service what so ever. They are always right, and the tenant is wrong. No screens on windows. Manager told me if i wanted screens on my windows, id have to buy them myself!"

"Water is undrinkable and brown I have asked several times about it because I got an infection from the bathwater for two months and the apartment manager says it's Iowa Park City the water there why is it at this apartment and one beside me and no one else. But old rusted cast iron pipes Black stuff chipping off too ."

"A nice place and for a great price. They were always there for anything I needed. Maintenance was always there either that day or next day to fix anything that I needed. All of the neighbors were quiet and very nice. Very nice and safe neighborhood. There’s a park right across the street, the big city park just a mile or so up the road, gas station, churches, dollar store, and several places to eat within two miles of the apartment. Definitely a very nice place to live. Apartments are very spacious as well! Definitely check these apartments out if you’re needing somewhere to call home."
