"I came into the coffee shop to try one of the Harry Potter frappes. The barista was really sweet, she took my order, but never made my drink. I waited about ten minutes before asking about it. She says she forgot about it because someone threw away the receipt. It took another ten to fifteen minutes to get my refund because the manager did not know how to do it. It was my first visit to the coffee shop and will be my last. The bookstore is great though."
