"Was in there yesterday and left my wallet on the counter after purchasing sanding disks. I came back 15 min later and they gave me my wallet but $1100 in cash was missing from it. I ask them to pull cameras and the cameras were down and have been down. Wound up filing a police report. I have shopped at Northern for years along with all my employees. We will never be shopping there again. I can't believe a store would allow their cameras to stay down for multiple days especially for the safety of their employees and customers. Especially for situations like this."

"Looked online for a part, it said your store had it available in stock. Called and your employee said you don’t have any, that you don’t carry anything like that. Didn’t trust the guy I talked to so I went to go check anyways and actually found what I was looking for."

"Ordered a chimney pipe kit for pickup. Went to the store to pick it up and the gentleman behind the register was the least amount of help. The box was big and bulky. It would have been nice getting help to load it into my vehicle. Instead I struggled. Unfortunate. If I knew I wasn’t going to get offered help, I would’ve sent my husband. I guess I’m used to Lowe’s employees."

"Bought a new Northern Tool Power washer. On the 3rd use the hose blew a hole in it. Supposed to have a year warranty. They said it was a wear and tear part and only 90 day warranty. The Power washer has less than 1 hour use. It was purchased in June around Fathers Day and is 3 in a half months old. Tried to sell my wife a new hose for 79.00. Terrible Quality and Terrible warranty. The thing is still new. NO MORE NORTHERN TOOL FOR ME! And their response is that lol. Be fortunate it didn't hurt anyone or there would a lawsuit. Faulty hose should have been replaced no questions asked."

"The annual membership notification was a bit unclear, I thought I was paying $9.99 (rediculously low, I realize but that's what I thought), but then when my purchase jumped to $40 more, I realized then what is the cost of annual membership, Harbor Freight, a competitor only charges $25/yr. so $40 is too much."
