"I did not have direct contact with the business aspect of Heatwave. However, I did call and speak to Brad about the vehicle I purchased that was owned by them. It was a 2004 Dodge Sprinter, and it was maintained very well. If they take this much care of their fleet vehicles I know they take great care with their actual company side of the house."

"Not the best experience. I went into Heatwave Supply looking for a 24 inch vanity. I had found some vanities on the internet that met my specifications but wanted to try a local business first. In the showroom a sales woman greeted me from behind her desk. Her name is Nanett and she must have been having a bad day. I explained what I was looking for and before I could finish she told me that it didn't exist. Perplexed because I had found similar items online I continued to explain when she interrupted me again and asked me if money was a factor. I told her what my limit was (which I didn't think was that low) when she set down her pen and folded her hands and said, "I can't help you, we're done." I don't think I've ever been so mistreated by a sales person. I do not recommend Heatwave and if you must go, avoid Nanett, her heart isn't in her work."
