"I have never delt with epoxy before and didn’t quite know what I was doing 100% but after calling and speaking with miss lisa she assured me that I actually kinda knew what I was doing and told me where I was going wrong and was extremely helpful finding the right products for the project at hand. "Very very poor communication. I had my original order. They sent me an invoice. Then i decided not to do my shower. I told them that. I was sent with more items and a BIGGER bill. Got home. Started the project how they told me to do it. Noticed the sealer was high gloss. I told the guy I wanted a matte finish on my fireplace. He said to use the high gloss sealer and they could send me the can of stuff to apply to the high gloss to change it to matte. I had to return items the items they sent me with and drive back (2 hour round trip) return said items $300+ then they gave my husband $350+ matte finish. I feel like they kept interrupting me and never got my questions answered correctly, thus leading us down a more expensive way— for a 100 square foot fake fireplace with electric insert.. it’s cost over $700— when the original quote for the shower and the fireplace was $400+. Would not recommend due to all the trouble and miss communication."
