"I have been going to this location for years. I always order the spinach, feta wrap. Today was something new, they gave it to me frozen. I dont go to Starbucks all the time, for me it's a treat. I was starving and needed to get something to eat before my next meeting. The sad part about it, the shift manager didnt seem to care all that much when I just called to let them know. She did ask if I could "come by" and get another one. No, I am not be your store. it todays world, we all just need to take a few extra seconds to check if things are done correctly. Everything costs way too much these days to just throw food away."

"I received my cappuccino and it was not even half full and had none of the add ins or toppings, and they were out of the items I wanted originally and did not even offer me a different drink or a substitute they just proceeded to give me a less than half empty drink that was not even close to my order nor did they add any sweetener or syrup when I specified I wanted it to be sweet or have syrup!!"
