The man at the counter literally looked at me with a dumbfounded look on his face and said “I have no idea.” I will never go back here. There was no one else in the store they were not busy and he was not helpful at all!"

"While remodeling my house I was making a lot of trips to this location. I had the chance to be helped by almost everyone that works there. One thing for sure, you know that people that work here are way more knowledgeable than most of the other people that work at competitor's location. If there is one thing I do not like much about this place is the price difference that you pay if you are a contractor and the one you pay if you are just a regular customer. Some guy was helping me fix an AC unit and told me to go there and pick up a part for him. I forgot to give them his company name and he was furious that they charged me almost double the price he usually pays. What I like about this location is that if they don't have what you are looking for they will tell you where to find it or even call another location for you."

"I go here every once in a while when I need certain specialty items right away. They've got on-the-shelf items that may be hard to find at other local stores like Ace, Lowe's, and Home Depot. Like others are mentioning here, the customer service is very interesting. The employees are not the most friendly bunch, which makes me wonder what the store owner is thinking by letting this persist. I would try Locke Supply if you can't get the items you need at Lowe's or Home Depot. Their prices are pretty good. If you know what you need going in to the store, then you won't need to make much contact with the employees and shouldn't have any problems."
