"If I could give it no stars I would. Just got told they were closed early due to staffing issues, however, this store is never busy so how could there be an issue with just two baristas? You’re not splitting molecules…you’re pouring coffee lol such laziness. Also they changed the layout to that weird post-Protestant neo liberal look where there’s no furniture, or they got locks on the bathroom so to titter “wondering prophets” from loitering, or banging dope in the bathroom while still supporting queer rights or Black Lives Matter..just empty virtue signaling… but you’re in Edmond so I doubt that would happen, the wondering prophets mainling meth in the bathroom. Lol I think if Jacque Tati were still alive he’d drop dead immediately if he saw the architecture, and layout of this Starbucks lol."

"This location is amazing. Shout out to the openers this morning who were that at 730 ready to go! I ordered a drink and a sandwich and I left without grabbing the sandwich. It was my mistake! I work as a daycare teacher and reaching out to them at that time was not possible. I let my coworker know that I forgot it. She was nice enough to call them for me and see if she could grab it. They let her! She brought it to me and it was hot and fresh. So thank you to this location for the amazing service! I started going right before Christmas because of the gift cards. I am more of a Dunkin girl but this Starbucks will be my new spot. You guys made my day and I am so appreciative! if you need a coffee this place is the place to go!"

"If you go in the evening, you have a better chance of your coffee being made right. I would go almost every morning, trying to give it another chance, this particular location, due to the fact that it was close to my work. They always left something out of my drink making it to where I just threw it away. Best of luck to you on your visit!"

"Please fire the young Asian girl who had a shift today (noon). She was beyond rude to me. She first ignored me while I was ordering to her, I repeated my order a second time at the same volume. She then attempted to make me feel stupid by repeating my order to me over and over. I asked how much a croissant was and she had so much attitude that I didn't want to pay $2.25 (not a terrible price but not in my budget at this time). After all that, I watched how she interacted with the people I came with. They placed their orders and even asked questions without any problems. Bad day for her? I think not. The drink itself wasn't bad but still not even what I ordered. No one wants to "try" Starbucks when they have this kind of experience."

"The worst Starbucks ever. They’re always out of some stuff. So rarely finding white mocha or cheese Danish in this store. Last time I’ve been there, they were out of lids. I suggest they go out and leave this spot for any better company that can open a cafe that provide lids at least."
