QDOBA Mexican Eats

"I think they need to start wearing hair nets or something because my roommate and I ordered to-go and halfway through his burrito he pulled out a big, black hair that was like 7 or 8 inches long. I about threw up and couldn’t even finish my burrito. I know things happen but dang how disappointing when you spend like $9 for a burrito :("

"So...funny story, someone called in an order (we were ordering in person) and the guy politely told them they weren't taking them right now (they were backed up a ridiculous amount). They couldn't even get to ours until 15 minutes because of all the app orders and call ins. Anyway, the lady on the other end wasn't having it and the guy didn't know what to do so another guy took it from his hand and said BYE! LOL I still like Qdoba. BIG BURRITOS"

"This Qdoba was so busy tonight and it was staffed seemingly entirely by young teenagers and they were all great and so accommodating! There was a long line but it moved quickly and my food was perfect. I'm so happy they have the tortilla soup back!"

"We came here today at 3pm and my husband got his usual burrito. I guess now you get a teaspoon of this and a teaspoon of that and you have to get double meat to taste it plus it is so small that they can now fold the tortilla over on each side. Plus you pay more. Will find another qdoba or just get the ingredients and make my own. Just my observation. I guess it’s the management at this one. Not good!"

"The staff was friendly, quick and efficient in preparing the food and keeping the restaurant clean. The tortilla soup was excellent and consistent with other Qdobas, however the burrito had less meat and less flavor than other locations we've eaten at. Though the staff was friendly, they were also abrupt and spoke too quietly for customers to hear over the counter, so if this was our first time here, we would've felt rushed and unsure what they were asking us or suggesting. Since we've eaten here plenty of times, it wasn't a problem for us, but watching other customers struggling to order, we'd suggest the staff slow down and speak up when suggesting options."
